My former agent fled with my papers, bills of exchange and checks

Someone worked with me as my agent for months and received money from me, received checks and bills of exchange to collect them and submitted to the separation of disputes concerning checks and sentenced in my favor with regard to checks, and my agent was unable to collect their value from the source of the check, and got some bills for him and this agent escaped with the cash I want to file a separate lawsuit regarding the return of checks, bills of exchange and papers in the Criminal Court. Can I do this, and file a separate lawsuit regarding the money in the General Court.

Upon the issuance of a check or bill of exchange, the issuing committee shall withdraw the original of the check or bill of exchange for which the amount of either of them has been sent and receive the judgment in lieu thereof.

In case the client has belongings with the agent related to the original documents, if the agent is a licensed lawyer, the complaint may be filed with the General Administration of Law. If the agent is not a licensed lawyer, a claim may be filed in the District Court.

As for the amounts claimed, a lawsuit shall be filed with the General Court, unless the amount is less than twenty thousand riyals, the case shall be filed in the District Court.
